Technical assistance for people with special needs and their role in work environments

Abstract
This paper will discuss the universal accessibility criteria that help persons with disabilities in their daily life activities and their role in work environments.
It will also discuss the role of architects, engineers, contractors and governmental authorities in the implementation of Universal Design in cities that will be more humanitarian.
